Presentations and Portals

Create a presentation from source material and hand it to a client in an interactive portal.

The Presentations module creates a full draft from a topic: outline, slides, copy, images, charts and visual template. You can edit the result in the editor.

Presentations

  1. Enter topic, audience, language, tone and desired length.
  2. Choose model and brand template.
  3. Review the outline before generation.
  4. Edit slides, images, charts and copy in the editor.
  5. Let the Council review argumentation or structure.

Portals

  • Create a client room for finished work.
  • Share a link instead of many files.
  • The client can ask questions over prepared context.
  • Set access, privacy and visible content scope.
When to use a Portal
Use a Portal when the client should not only read the output, but ask questions, revisit source material and understand decisions in context.
