Council Chat is an AI SaaS app for working with text, image, audio and data models. You may use the service only lawfully and must not abuse it for attacks, spam, bypassing security measures or creating illegal content.

You are responsible for the content you submit to the service. Do not submit data you have no right to use, or sensitive data unless processing is necessary and permitted.

Some features may be available only in a paid plan or may consume credits depending on the model and module used. Prices, limits and feature availability may vary according to the current offer.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. A paid period remains active until it ends unless stated otherwise.

AI models may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading information. Service outputs are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice unless independently verified by a qualified person.

Always verify important decisions through independent sources. Council Chat is not liable for damage caused by relying blindly on unverified AI output.

Content you submit remains yours. Rights to generated outputs belong to the user to the extent allowed by law and by the terms of the model providers used.

The user is responsible for ensuring that final content does not infringe third-party rights, trademarks, personality rights or license restrictions of source materials.

We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, expand or be temporarily limited due to maintenance, security or changes by model providers.

If the terms are materially breached, we may limit or terminate access to the service. We may update these terms; the new version will be published on this page.
