Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Council Chat processes personal data and user work content. It is a general information baseline for an AI SaaS service and does not replace individual legal advice.
Data we process
We process data required to operate accounts, sign-in, billing, support and service security. This includes email, account identifier, app settings, request history, uploaded files and content you enter into the app.
When you use Workspace, Media Studio, Council or Agent, we may also process documents, spreadsheets, audio, video, images, prompts, model responses and technical logs needed to deliver the result.
AI models and third-party APIs
Council Chat uses third-party model and API providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral, Perplexity and others. Your prompt and relevant context may be sent to these services solely to process the request and return an answer.
User data is not used to train additional AI models without your consent. Still, do not submit content you are not allowed to process or share with an external AI service.
Cookies, analytics and PWA
We use necessary cookies and local storage for sign-in, remembering language, theme and basic app settings. These elements are required for comfortable and secure use of the service.
We may use aggregated traffic and performance analytics to improve stability, speed and usability. If you add the app to your home screen as a PWA, your browser may store technical files needed for fast loading.
Sharing and security
We share data only with providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, payments, analytics or AI models. Access is limited by processing purpose.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so handle sensitive information carefully.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, processing restriction or export of your data where allowed by law and by the technical nature of the service.
For privacy requests, use the operator contact email listed in the app or on the website.
